Micromax Alpha LI351568W has infiltrated today (almost) a fully developed consumer electronics brand. The Indian company’s product line-up now includes LED TVs, air conditioners and of course laptops. Micromax launched recently after testing the water with the laptop box of the convertible lineup of Netbook and Laptop.
These three laptops are more ‘traditional’, ignited, alpha and new laptops, aimed at helping the average users perform. Efficiently computing everyday tasks Of these, alpha is the most expensive. We used the Micromax Alpha LI351568W for a few days, put it through our money. So, this is the cost of a laptop.

Design
Although it’s definitely not a head turner, though. Micromax Alpha LI351568W is a very good looking design. Carries out the entire body of plastic except for Micromax “fist” logo in an overall smooth finish center lid substantially.
Open the alpha and you will see a 15.6-inch matte display. On the top edge of the screen, there is 1 MP webcam and a microphone. For the lower edge, in the middle there is only the Micromax logo, the lid is attached to two tiles, both of which we found to be strong

During our testing, we think the keyboard is quite good enough to have enough travel distance in the keys and the feedback is also sufficient. Below the keyboard, with the left and right click buttons, there is the trackpad.
Coming to the left edge, it has a power port, Ethernet port (1), VGA port (1), HDMI port (1) and USB 3.0 port (2). The right edge has Kensington lock, USB 2.0 port (2), audio jack (1) and microphone jack (1). But there is no optical disc drive on Micromax Alpha, which seemed to be weird, especially shaped.
The lower half has two speakers and card reader slots facing the front. There are also several statutes LED lights in front.
Overall, the Micromax Alpha LI351568W is a ‘mostly’ well-made laptop; we say ‘mostly’ due to some ‘unsightly’ interlined, which we saw between the keyboard module and the section that fits in.

Display
Micromax Alpha LI351568W has a 15.6-inch display with 1366×768 pixel resolution. These days the ‘standard’ display resolution between budget laptops, we found that the panel is quite decent. That said, a pixelation is showing due to the low pixel density.
Alpha’s display matter is finished, so reflection is not an issue. Laptops can be easily used under direct sunlight, though the brightness has been cranked. Seeing the angles, though not the best, is worth more than enough. Color reproduction is also good
So whether it is watching movies or playing games sometimes, the Micromax Alpha display is serving you right now.
Video quality
As far as the audio/video display is concerned, we cleaned Alpha’s audio output, a bit worse at levels of high volume. The laptop can easily run stream / full HD video content, although the reason for the 4K playback is a little jitter.

To wrap things up, the 4 cell batteries of the Micromax Alpha LI351568W gave us full charge about 4-5 hours. There was a few hours of browsing, some music/video playback and the little bit of gaming. This is certainly not the best battery backup, but considering the price, it is not half bad.
Performance
The Micromax Alpha LI351568W is a fifth-generation Intel Core i3 processor, which is mounted with 6 GB DDR 3L RAM. There is there is also 500GB HDD for all your storage needs.
After thorough testing of alpha, we are happy to report that it is perfect for day-to-day computing tasks. What This is multi-tab browsing in Google Chrome, making/editing documents in the Microsoft Office or playing Windows Store- Based gaming apps such as Asphalt 8: Airborne, Micromax Alpha LI351568W can make them less by any effort. As far as audio/video performance is concerned, we clean Alpha’s audio output, slightly distorted.

Verdict
There is no shortage of competent budget laptops in the market. And in Alpha LI351568W, there is a device of Micromax. It is true that it can hold itself against the competition, there are few drivers like the absence of optical disk drives and one Creating quality which we think might be better, but for Rs 25,990, we cannot really complain. In summary, we think that Micromax Alpha LI351568W is a cost-by-budget budget laptop.
