The company has launched two ‘affordable’ smartphones- Evok Note and Evok Power at a price tag of Rs. 9,499 and Rs. 6,999 respectively. Both the phones will go on sale starting midnight Tuesday via the e-commerce platform Flipkart.
Micromax Evok Note
The Micromax Evok Note features a 5.5-inch full-HD display with 2.5D arc glass on top. The phone has a pixel density of 400ppi. It is powered by a 1.3GHz octa-core MediaTek (MT6753) SoC coupled with 3GB of RAM and 32GB internal storage.
The Evok Note packs a massive 4000mAh battery. In terms of imaging, the device sports a 13-megapixel autofocus rear camera with 5P Largan lens meanwhile, also the front boasts a 5-megapixel sensor for selfies and video call.
The Evok Note also features a fingerprint scanner and will come with Secure Space feature for dual profiles. The 4G VoLTE enabled Evok Note it will be available in metal Back finish color option.
Micromax Evok Power
The Micromax Evok Power meanwhile, features a 5-inch HD display and is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor coupled with 2GB of RAM and 16GB onboard storage. It sports an 8-megapixel autofocus rear camera and comes with a 5-megapixel fixed focus front camera.
The handset supports 4G VoLTE and also features a fingerprint sensor. The device is backed by a 4000mAh battery.

With the shift towards the online segment, Micromax is marking its way to compete with Chinese player that has grabbed a major share in the Indian smartphone market.
